Term 4: already?!

Thank the good beings that I did the stocktake in the holidays!  I don't know when I'd get to do it with ease this term otherwise!  At present I seem to be really popular with students queueing up with their Leavers forms.....and suddenly books are coming home which haven't been seen all year long...thanks for that.  It is so nice to see them again!  Speaking of books and overdues etc: I am really impressed as the stocktake has revealed that there are (to date) only 43 books that have disappeared over the last year....and I am confident that some will reappear again before too long.

Spring has Sprung!

The sun is out and the temperature is rising! No it's not the Libraian getting cross because too many students are on Halo....the holidays are getting closer and with such wonderful weather what better way than curling up in the sun with a good read. 
This blog can now be accessed directly from the HIBS Library page.  Your comments and thought are most welcome.  It has been really nice seeing students using the Inquiry? page during their research for Social studies and English.  I have added some new ones today including the Google a Day site which gives a different question each day and ask you to research to find the right answer....Have fun!
